Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website blashlearning.com or any services offered by Blashlearning (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
Blashlearning offers educational reading tutoring and support services for students in grades K–6 (approximately ages 3–13), including:
- Online tutoring sessions (primary service)
- Limited in-person tutoring sessions
- Digital products and educational resources (guides, tools, and materials)
- Free educational resources via our website and email newsletter
Tutoring services are educational support and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results may vary depending on the student’s individual needs, effort, and consistency.
Parent or Guardian Responsibility
Because our services are provided to children ages 3–13, a parent or legal guardian must:
- Sign our service contract (which serves as a consent form) before services begin
- Provide accurate and complete student information
- Ensure students attend and participate in scheduled sessions
- Encourage students to focus and engage during sessions
- Supervise their child during online sessions as appropriate
- Notify us promptly of any changes to student needs or circumstances
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be charged the full session fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services
Payments
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Cash App, and Venmo.
- Fees, packages, and payment schedules are communicated and agreed upon before services begin
- Payment is required according to agreed terms
- We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice
- Refund policies will be outlined in your service contract
Digital Products and Resources
Blashlearning offers digital products including guides, worksheets, and educational resources. By purchasing or downloading these products:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own family’s educational purposes
- You may not share, sell, copy, distribute, or reproduce the materials without written permission
- Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once downloaded
Blog and Website Content
The content on our blog and website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.
Blog Comments: By posting comments on our blog, you agree to be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the topic.
Affiliate Links: We may include affiliate links in our blog posts in the future. When we do, we will clearly disclose this relationship. Your use of affiliate links is entirely optional.
